Cancellation Window

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If less notice is given, the following fees may apply.

Late Cancellation Fee

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Clients will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% percent of the quoted cost or expected profit on the job.
  • Exceptions: Genuine emergencies are exempt from this fee.

Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule appointments without incurring a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If a client faces an unforeseen situation, we’ll work with them to find a suitable solution.

Communication

Our cancellation policy is clearly communicated in our service agreement, on our website, and in appointment reminders.
